I am a project manager, data analyst, and trained epidemiologist with a decade of experience directing data platforms and multi-site logistics scaling across 170+ enterprise organizations. Because I sit at the intersection of data science and operations, I specialize in converting complex analytics into clear executive strategies, keeping massive team workstreams fully organized, on schedule, and moving forward.
My professional identity is shaped by a unique personal history. As a Bosnian-American, born in the former Yugoslavia, I came to the United States as a first-generation refugee. This background instilled a deep-seated resilience, adaptability, and cross-cultural communication capability that allows me to lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams smoothly under pressure. I am natively fluent in four languages (English, Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbian) with a passive fluency in German.
